Hi bbs! Happy middle of the freaking week. If that’s not a cause for celebration, well then I don’t know what is.
Last time we chatted, I was off in a mad dash to get ready before the BFF came to pick me up. Everything went off without a hitch and she got her hair snipped in record time! Wheeew. Afterwards, the adventure of our day continued! We got ourselves into a bunch of BFF like activities: eating, drinking, carving our initials in wood at restaurants. Total let’s play in each other’s hair and dress up in princess costume feels.
Today, I feel like I’m lagging behind. I’m not as excited to start my day as I was the other day. Poopers. The motivation to start my Wednesday is none existent and I’m not sure why. It could be that I have a lot to do (less fun stuff, more I’m an adult and have responsibilities to attend to type of to do list), and I’m dreading the idea of getting started.

Absolutely NOT being literal. I just don’t feel like doing anything today and I want to sleep till all my responsibilities and tasks disappear.
Actually now that I think about it, I think my #IdontwantTODOworkMOOD has a lot to do with the fact that it rained yesterday. Sometimes, the weather can play a part in how productive or useless I’ll be for the day. I was already out and about, before the rain started so it didn’t affect my mood too much. Today I’m expecting the rain, so I have an excuse to be lazy and overly chill.
Enough of my lazy talk and sluggish behavior, shall we get to the real reason you babes are here with me today? Let’s talk fashion bbs.
Fashion talk in 3, 2, 1…
Okay, so this look: Very rainy weather appropriate just in case I decided to face the rain head on. This jacket is killer because it gives me festival in April vibes (april showers, ya feel me?). Paired with hot shorts and gladiator sandals, it would be perfect for lounging around in the grass eating snacks of your friends back. So festive.
It’s present day however, (though I wish sooo dang bad it was April) so I’m sticking to tights and boots for this look. I love tights, I mean how can you not? They will always be so comfy, so slimming, and so versatile. You can pair it with just about ANYTHING. Buying tights from here is so easy and extremely inexpensive. EXTREMELY. My fancier, more durable tights I snag from here!
The bodysuit is comfy and cozy like most of my bodysuits are. The ribbed detailing on bodysuits are my favorite thing about them. I’m always looking for that one detail in every style I purchase.
My boots were a steal from Macy’s a while back, so I don’t exactly remember the brand and they’re not branded, so that doesn’t help. Sowwy babes! I’ll link similar ones below.
