Spotlight: Velvet Bodycon dress. You guys know how much I love a dress that makes me feel extremely feminine! The spotlight is definitely on this dress from Missguided because it does just that and more. It’s comfortable and easy to slide on and definitely makes me feel like a bad mama jamma.
It’s so hot! No more wet and rainy weather and I’m so excited. I’ve been dying for weeks to show some leg and some skin. This Missguided T-Shirt dress allows for just that and more. Sometimes, the easiest thing you can do in terms of getting ready is throw on a tee & Converse and call it a day.
March ended a few weeks ago and April’s here! I wanted to share with you guys my monthly favorites for the month of March. This is probably the most random group of things thrown together, but they were still my favorites nonetheless. I was literally using everything non-stop!
I don’t shy away from miniskirts. They can be thrown in with anything and look great. I believe miniskirts are a style must have because they can be worn in all seasons. In the past, miniskirts have gotten bad flack because they were seen as a sign of “inappropriate outward appearance.” The skirts were “too short”, “too hoochy”, “raunchy”, the list goes on and on. I do believe that miniskirts can have a POSITIVE connotation though, but it’s all in they’re worn.
I always feel like the ultimate woman when I’m in black. I feel like this color just works in a woman’s favor, no matter what. Whether it’s a dress or a shirt and pants, owning a few all black ensembles is a must! In black, there’s no fuss about it and it’s easy to throw on before heading out. I didn’t used to be one to wear all black, until recently. I have to say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made wardrobe wise.
