My Juj for November

Every month, I want to bring light to something I’m obsessing over. I’m just one of those that really obsesses over something for a while, until I’m absolutely sick of it. However, I always make my way back around to it eventually and the cycle repeats itself. Sometimes I end up never getting sick of it and stay obsessed forever. I refer to it as my “JUJ” because it’s like my thing, my right hand in most things I do for the month. My JUJ can range anywhere from my favorite makeup product to my favorite cooking ingredient. I have a feeling that this month’s JUJ will be my obsession forever. This month I’m zeroing in on my favorite cooking ingredient slash add-on to anything I’m eating. CAYENNE PEPPER! To say I’m in love with this ingredient at the moment would be an understatement. I’m obsessed. I’m a spicy kind of girl and love food that’s hot. Besides sweets of course because that would just be weird. Cayenne pepper gives me the perfect kick to any meal and it tastes pretty awesome to me. Did you know it’s the perfect body detox? Add it to your water with a slice of lemon and your body will be thanking you, I promise. If you’re looking to lose weight this is the ingredient for you to aid in your journey! Why? It speeds up your metabolism. It gives your body the ability to burn more fat therefore causing less to resonate within your body! This ingredient is also proven to help with an upset stomach, improve digestion, and sore throats; it’s an anti-irritant. I love a good kick in the arse to my food. So, this month I crown you Cayenne Pepper; my JUJ for the moth. Couldn’t imagine a meal without you and never want to have to.
