Having a durable coat in the early months of the year (hell anytime of the year EXCEPT summer) is such a necessity. It can play up your favorite outfit by adding some definition to it or add some spice to a super laid back look. I guess, I just don’t think it’s possible to ever go wrong with a great coat. I actually own more coats than I do skirts (if that says anything LOL). Currently, I’m obsessing over one coat in particular from Boohoo.com!
As my love for this coat continues to grow — I figured I’d put the spotlight on my favorite trench as of late on WLT.
So this freaking coat.
I love the way it fits around my upper body. Omg. It’s not too snug and has the perfect amount of breathing room. I never get the overly stuffed like a tomato feeling when I have it on. The color is eeeeeverything because it goes with just about ANYTHING and I mean aaaaanything.
It also does such an awesome job of keeping me warm or comfy, despite what the sucky inconsistent weather may be looking like for that day.
For this look, I threw on some dated denim from H&M and my absolute favorite heels from Dolce Vita (I can’t stop wearing them either). Due to the weather being between chilly, wet, or slightly humid — I opted for a three in one top (at least in my eyes): a cropped turtle.
Anyways, back to the trench. If my love for it and why wasn’t enough of a reason for you babes to want to snag this bad boy, this last detail may just have you sold. Though the coat may look super pricey, it’s pretty INEXPENSIVE. Spotlight, say whaaaaaa?!
Yep, you heard right! It’s currently on sale right now for just under $30 bucks. Plus, the great thing about Boohoo.com (where the coat is from), is that they pretty much always have some type of sale going on. So feel free to visit and lose your minds lol!
On another note, I’m off to do some homework and put some things away in my new apartment (room tour suuuuper soon when I get everything situated)!
I just haven’t had a chance to do much of anything, since school started.
