I’ve always loved Lauren Conrad since Laguna Beach. I’ve watched her grow up on TV and flourish into someone I admire. I was so sad to hear her decision to leave the television realm for good. It was a no brainer that I picked up her book on style when it came out. There’s so much in the book that I learned from!
I think she has an awesome sense of understated style. In the book she offers great ways to achieve her look and also provide other ways to create your own personal style. I just love how informative this book is. I would refer to this as a self-help book because it gave me tips that’s for sure. I like when self-help books show you how to help yourself rather than just tell you. Lauren Conrad’s book does a great job of showing you in addition to telling you. I love how in-depth she went into fashion in the first few chapters, then touched on beauty and lifestyle. Such a great read! You can get it at any Barnes & Noble. I hope you enjoy!
