RECREATED KYLIE JENNER’S LOOK: HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED

Goodmorning babes and happy Monday! Whoop. It’s the first official week of December and also 20 more days till Christmas. Hoooollla. Obvi I’m very excited because I love Christmas and Christmas time in general. There’s so many fun things happening during this time of the year: ugly sweater parties, Christmas caroling, gift giving & receiving. I mean, they don’t call it “the most wonderful time of the yeeeeaaaaar” for nothing. Although, there are days when I love this time of the year’s weather and then other days (like yesterday) that I could use more sun and less clouds.

Yesterday, I had the chance to go apartment shopping with my future roomie! Talk about fun times scoping where we’re gonna be resting out beautiful heads. BUT. It was sooo freaking cold at times, I couldn’t focus. Especially the complexes we looked at that were outside in (know what I mean). I mean, YAY we’re about to feel like real freaking adults, but NO I don’t want to be given tours of the amenities when it’s cold as balls (sorry Mom).

We’re still very much on the hunt, so I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how that goes.

Okay, so this look right huuur: I decided to recreate one of my fave Kylie Jenner looks from late last year! I love the way Kylie dresses when she steps out. Her looks are always killer: edgy when necessary or soft & serene when the occasion calls for it. Monica Rose; Kylie Jenner’s stylist is the force behind her killer fashion choices. She is behind some of my fave IT girl’s (Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Chanel Iman, Sophia Richie, Kaia Gerber, etc) fashions as well. She’s the stylist to some of the hottest women in the game right now and I can’t say I’m surprised. She’s killing it.

Monica is THE fashion maven. No doubt about it.

My cropped jumper was the perfect stand in for the high neck sweater Kylie had on in her look. I paired it with overalls that were a bit edgier in appearance (the link chain straps), just to add a bit of definition against the all black ensemble.

I finished the look off with simple black heels.

So what do you babes think? I just love this look especially for this time of the year when it’s a bit chillier and not as warm. Black is always a win in my book because it plays up your figure in the most flattering way, so YES. This look is also VERY COMFORTABLE and you babes know how I feel about being comfy. Gots to be comfy or else it’s a no go in my book.

So now that I’ve got one holiday look down, I’m off to get my Monday started. Not before grabbing a Peppermint Mocha at Starbucks. Hehe.

Laters babes.
