THE PURSE I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT

can't live without

I don’t know if it’s a girl thing or just a Thelms thing, but I hardly ever leave my house without some sort of purse. What starts off as just needing a wallet and keys, quickly turns into needing chapstick, lip gloss, lotion, a snack, water, and everything under the freaking sun. Hopes of travelling light on a quick run to the grocery store or wherever — are quickly shot to hell.

Needless to say, carrying just a wallet and keys, isn’t always the case for me. Luckily, rocking super chic purses makes never travelling light, not such a bad thing.

With that being said, there’s one purse/bag in particular that I’ve been obsessed with since purchasing a couple years back. It’s my go to purse for pretty much everything. Well besides daily errands because it’s just too classy for the grocery store. If some or all of you babes are purse feens like myself, you know what I mean.

You don’t bring Chanel to the meat market, and since my Aldo purse is as close to Chanel as I’m going to get for now (nursing school student probs) then I will treat it as such.

Every time I rock this purse at an event, I get so many compliments on it.

At this point I think it’s safe to say that Aldo had the right idea in mind when they made this particular purse.

Keep reading for all the reasons why this particular purse is one I can’t live without.

For starters the purse that I’ve been hinting at is called “The Greenwald Bag.” I purchased it a year or two ago, and you guys when I first saw it… It was definitely love at first sight. I was drawn to it almost immediately.

The size is big enough to fit all my necessities without looking too chunky. Inside the purse pretty much attests to my previous sentiments about the outside of the bag. It’s pretty spacious with two main slots to fit your valuable items in. On the side closest to the clasp contains tiny little pouches aligned next to each other. They can be used to carry business cards, receipts, pens, and other things of that nature.  The chains on the purse are cool to touch and mostly superior. I say mostly because the chains have slightly rusted over the past two years of ownership. I’d like to think it may have something to do with my constant wear of the bag over the past couple of years. The detailing on the front is quilted in pattern with intricate threading, and has continued to remain intact. There is minimal thread up lift on the bottom of the bag which is to be expected.

It’s a no brainer that I also fell in love with it because it’s black.

It’s perfect for date night, early dinner, and pretty much everything in between.

Overall, it’s a bag I can’t live without and never want to have to.

So what do you babes think? Thinking about snatching yourself a new purse?!

I’m a pretty huge purse feen (if you haven’t noticed) and know a great bag when I see one. This bag happens to be one of them. It is my belief that bags don’t have to have designer labels attached to it to be considered superior. Some of my best most durable bags are from places like H&M, TJMaxx, Marshalls, thrift stores, and Aldo. Recently however, Aldo has been my go to every time I’m itching for a new purse. I mean they do make some pretty fantastic purses, if I do say so myself.

Anyway.

That’s it for today babes. Take some time out of your hour lunch to go visit Aldo today. I mean you never know. You may head back into work after break with a new purse on your arm that you also can’t live without.

Let’s catch up later.
