Good morning babes and happy Monday…?
We’ve officially left the weekend behind and the start of the week is here. Which at times can be a slight bummer… BUT getting back into the groove of things is necessary to be productive, so hello Monday. After a small cup of joe, I just might be happy to see you.
Today I have what feels like a lot on my adulting get things done list. I’m going to be going mad running around Houston for apartment stuff, orientations, and such. Wish me luck that I get everything done without losing a single strand of hair.
I mean there’s just something about myself and Mondays. I jampack all these things I need to do mostly on Mondays, and put so much pressure on myself to get everyone of those things done in a limited amount of time.
In the meantime, no updates on the apartment hunting and how that’s going just yet! The roomie and I are still on the hunt for the best complex to rest our wittle heads, so there’s that. Who knew adulting would be so hard?
So this holiday look.
So far this look is one of my favorites this holiday season. It’s soooo me in every single stinkin’ way. I mean let’s just say, knit and crochet met and it was a match in fashion heaven. I kid you not.
As some of you babes may know, I like to feel free in some capacity when I put an outfit together. I like to feel like some part of my body can breaaaaathe. With that notion in mind, that’s why these pants were perfect for finishing off this look!
Ever since purchasing these pants earlier this year, I have been trying to figure out ways to work them into each season as we transition from one to another. The blood wine sweater and heels made transitioning into the winter season for the perfect holiday look, so dang easy.
In addition to being obsessed with knit and crochet, I’ve also been really obsessing over Kylie Cosmetics new holiday collection. She has so many great lippies to chose from and because I love you guys so much (plus in honor of WLT turning 1!) I thought I’d do a mini holiday giveaway with one her new holiday lip colors! YIPPIE! I’m so thankful for you babes’ support and love and just wanted to give a little somethin’ back.
